Service Description

This class addresses common problems that most men have including tight hip flexors and hamstrings, weak core, and imbalances in relationship to back-to-chest musculature, which can cause a very rounded, hunched shoulder. This class will improves alignment, posture and balance, focusing on toning muscles and bringing greater flexibility to joints. The work concentrates on lengthening and strengthening all the supporting muscles in your body, especially the ones that support your larger muscles. You’ll use a range of Classical Pilates equipment ( such as the reformer, the tower, and the barrels) , in a circuit format to provide a more varied class. You should expect a thorough whole-body conditioning workout, improving strength, stamina and overall physical functionality.
