How do I join a Mat Class?
We have a few options for group mat classes.
We have a beginner suitable for anyone just starting their Pilates journey all the way to the more advanced wanting to slow things down and go a little deeper in to their practice, and find new connections, or those who are new to Classical Pilates.
We also have our Progression Plus + Mat which is for those who have been practicing Pilates for a while and are looking for an added challenge.
All of these classes can be booked via the BOOK ONLINE section of the website or app.
How can I join a Group Equipment Class?
In order to join the either a Reformer and /or Tower Class, we recommend purchasing The Equipment Intro Pack, which allows for 3 x Private Studio Sessions with Ashley, plus 3 x Reformer or Tower Group Class of your choice. This is only a suggestion for you to get the most out of your group class. Even if you are not new to the Reformer or the Tower, we recommend that you take at least 1 x Private session so that you can familiarise yourself with our equipment, our way of teaching, and to discuss any modifications you may require.

Where are you located, and is there parking?
We are located at the corner of St. Andrew’s Rd and Wood St in St. Annes, on the first floor of the Soper’s Building. This requires that you enter through Soper’s main entrance, and then head straight up the stairs to the studio. If the door is locked upon arrival, please ring the doorbell, and someone will let you in.
There is parking at the rear of Soper’s on St. Andrew’s Rd South. Please head down the alleyway, Avon St, between JAM music and Soper’s and head straight into the car park. Please note that we take no responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle or by your vehicle whether parked on the car park or elsewhere.
