Have you ever wanted flexibility with strength and stamina?

PRIVATE or DUET  STUDIO SESSIONS

Private sessions are the best way to start Pilates if group classes are not an option, it is also the best way to ensure you learn the correct technique as quickly as possible. All lessons are one to one or one to two instruction, with lessons based on your body's needs and individual skill level. Private sessions can be booked at your convenience  via our online booking system which shows the online diary for the individual teachers

GROUP CLASSES

 

Please note that group classes are not recommended for anyone with active injuries or pain.

All Levels Pilates

Our All Levels Mat is suitable for complete beginners just starting their Pilates journey all the way to the more advanced wanting to slow things down and go a little deeper in to their practice, and find new connections, or those who are new to Classical Pilates.

This class will focus on the Pilates Principles and the classic mat sequence.  This class is perfect for a new Pilates student, anyone wanting to go back to basics, or just to get that extra session in a week!

Progression + Mat

We will focus on the movements within the classical mat work, while offering modifications and building blocks for some of the more challenging exercises. Basic knowledge is required to join this class, as we are working on the intermediate classical repertoire.

Barre

Barre introduces signature moves that are inspired by ballet and dance. It is normally performed to music with a beat and uses strength training techniques, such as frequent isometric holds or pulses, to both exhaust your muscles and improve your active range of motion. Isometric contractions are ideal, functional moves for men and women, at every age.

These moves

  • improve balance

  • our sense of mind to muscle connection

  • proprioception (where the body is in space)

  • coordination

These skills and strengths enable strong, lean, healthy bodies at every age - for life.

 

Reformer, Tower, and Men's 

You will learn the Pilates method on the studio equipment; the Reformer and the Tower / Wall Unit.

With a class capacity of 3, we keep our classes small so we can focus on the big, important things, like quality of movement, and can be hands on to assist you when needed.

 

These classes are perfect for a beginner, all the way through to advanced.  The equipment uses springs for resistance to support and challenge you to safely sculpt, tone and stretch your muscles!

*** These group classes are the most cost effective way to study Pilates.
We have 2 different types equipment classes: The Tower/Wall-Units, and/or The Reformer.
